We are pleased to share the big news:

Finland Pakistan Business Summit is back.

Two events in Pakistan, 22 Nov and 24 Nov, 2022.
It’s time to return!

With the Finland Pakistan Business Summits, we have been connecting Finnish and Pakistani companies together since 2014. All started with a strong relaunch of Finland Pakistan Business Council (FPBC), established back in 1985 and being one of the oldest continuously operating Pakistan related business councils in the world, making sure that the commercial and trade relations stayed actively after the unfortunately closing of the Embassy of Finland in 2012.

We have been keeping the flags up for trade and business. Now Finland is reopening it’s Embassy in Islamabad so there is a certainly a good reason for return of the Business Summit too!

It will be the time for 5th one!

Our humble and all private B2B-event bringing companies together for business is not anything tiny anymore. Around 550 participants and over 260 companies in total have joined the Summits since February 2014. Furthermore, we have helped over 100 companies to enter the Pakistani market for business and tens of companies from Pakistan to Europe, hosted them for plenty of meetings with the right companies and representatives of the governments. Simply put: we build bridges putting companies together. Platform for Finnish and Pakistani businesses for growth, development, technology transfer and long-term relations.

We do the these events to support your business – we bring the platform, companies do the business!

We are opening the registration on Monday, October 3, 2022.

This time we are focusing on two very important areas, Education and Energy.

Both areas, where maybe the world’s best knowledge comes from Finland, and where Pakistan could benefit mostly on such a great knowledge and technology transfer.

But not that’s all. We are already supporting entrepreneurship, traditional import-export activities, women enpowermenet and other opportunities with a high impact in the society.

Agenda is published on Monday, October 3, 2022.

Pakistan is a huge market of over 200 million people with a quite stable 3-5 per cent GDP growth even through the challenging years makes Pakistan one of the fastest growing economies in the world.  Pakistan has certainly faced many challenges but let’s look at the future too.

There are several major projects going on e.g. in infrastructure, energy, health care, education and construction offering plenty of opportunities also to Finnish companies and institutions. Whereas CPEC, China Pakistan Economic Corridor has also been boosting the developing of Pakistan over the last years, the returning growth of economy opens plenty of opportunities for Finnish and European companies, too. And let’s not forget the growing middle class in Pakistan!

There are great opportunities waiting for Finnish companies and institutions, and simultaneously the Pakistani companies are looking for new markets for their products so Summit will be a perfect venue to make those relations to happen!

Welcome to join us for new opportunities!

Our target is simple and effective: we are creating a platform bridging Finnish and Pakistani companies, institutions, Govermental agencies, investors, entrepeneurs and people together.

Did you know that Pakistan is expecting to reach 5 per cent GDP growth in 2022, continuing the positive path after the challenging pre-Covid times, when Pakistan became one of the $ 300 billion economies in the world! Furthermore, did you know that with its over 135 million Millennials Pakistanin is expected to be one of the fastest growing retail market in the World again in the future?

Summit is for long-term networking and business, we are truly welcoming all Finnish companies, institutions, universities as well as governmental trade and promotional agencies to join us. Let’s get together for future opportunities!

Welcome to enjoy us for growing trade – see you soon in Pakistan!

We are producing all the events with one target only: to support networking, business, investments, development and long-term relations between Finland and Pakistan. Finland Paistan Business Event -concept is owned by Finland Pakistan Business Council, a a non-profit, non-governmental association and we are always pleased to welcome companies and organizations to join us as sponsor or event partner as well.

Our events are also absolutely the most perfect opportunity to invite your existing customers to meet you under the wonderful Finland-Pakistan umbrella, so let us know if you have ideas in mind.

Four Finland Pakistan Business Summits held earlier, with another four smaller events in Finland. All to promote business, trade, investments and cooperation between Finland and Pakistan!

We created the Summit platform for business and cooperation. Something where companies, institutions, investors, entrepeneurs and Governmental agencies can meet, talk, network and change ideas. Because we know that only good things will come out when smart people get together!
